I am so excited to bring you this HIGHLY REQUESTED Manifestation Meditation 3-part series! In case you missed it LIVE, here’s a little background: I was honored to be featured in GAIAM’s (@gaiam) 20 day Meditation Challenge ( #20x20meditationchallenge ) back in February, where we challenge followers to do 20 consecutive days of meditation guided on Instagram LIVE by top Yoga Teachers & Gaiam Ambassadors!
We literally had followers tune in LIVE for our meditations from countries and states all over the world and it was thrilling—and humbling—to connect with you all in such a deep, profound, & empowering way! ???✨??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
Every featured teacher, including myself, was asked to host 2-3 meditations LIVE on Instagram during the challenge & there was a juicy yoga giveaway involved (yet another reason you should be following my @trubeautyMOVEMENT page on Instagram, so you don’t miss these awesome collaborations, tutorials, and giveaways I do all the time)! ?
Due to my knowledge and experience with manifestation and deep passion for teaching others how to manifest greatness into their own lives too, I chose to design my three meditations into a “Manifestation Meditation Series.” The feed back was SO great from you all with many requests and DM’s from followers asking if they could access after the video disappears, that I chose to save each LIVE guided meditation I did and post it on my Blog, YouTube Channel, & IGTV so you can access anytime!
I specifically designed this 3-part Video Meditation Series to remove blocks and fears getting in the way of you living in alignment with your best self. This Meditation Series will open up the floodgates allowing you to dream BIG again & take the actions to live in alignment with the highest version of yourself!
