THE IRONY OF CREATING MORE TIME IN YOUR DAY THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF SLOWING DOWN!

I am constantly reminded of the power of meditation and how it, ironically, creates more time in my day when I actually take the time to slow down and do it! It’s truly amazing how incorporating this practice in your daily routine not only shifts your mind-set, but your entire day creating a positive ripple effect.
We are all “busy” and claim we don’t have enough time to meditate, in yet it weirdly seems to create more time in your day, when you slow down and go within! Check out my trubeautyQUICK TIP below where I share my “2 Minute Meditation For Busy People” that I created for my clients. Just try it for 2 days and see how you feel… then try it for one more day, then one more day, and so on. You will start to see a beautiful shift take place in your life – in just 2 minutes a day!
2 Minute Meditation For Busy People:
- Grab your phone (or timer) and set the clock for 2 minutes (literally just 2 minutes trubeautys)!
Now before you start the timer, find a space where you can either look at nature or be in nature
Get comfortable, while still sitting up as straight as possible
Put your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your chest and begin to deepen your exhale while looking at nature
Start the timer… for 1 minute, deepen the breathe and look at nature
After 1 minute, close your eyes and focus on either your gratitude or imagine your ideal future in your mind including all details
…As soon as the timer goes off, you are done!
Congrats! You just meditated. 🙂 Namaste
