Heather and Tess will be leading the evening Yoga and Meditation Classes. Tracy will be leading the morning Zumba classes.
Heather Hooke (founder of trubeautyMOVEMENT and trubeautyYOGA) is a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor (RYT) in styles of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. She brings a unique, personal and non-intimidating approach to each of her classes, proving that anyone, at any age, or level can do Yoga. Not flexible? Find Yoga intimidating? Not to worry! Heather’s specialty is Yoga for Beginners and Yoga For Injuries.
Tess Avramidis is certified in Amrit and Aerial Yoga. She specializes in teaching a safe but exhilarating Aerial Yoga, which is a fusion of exercises from yoga, pilates, calisthenics, dance and the aerial arts. She is devoted to a yogic lifestyle and is currently studying the in-depth teachings of various styles of yoga and meditation.
Tracy Love Tippin (founder of Mind Body and Earth) is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor. She has been a Zumba instructor since 2009 and enjoys a variety of styles. Tracy lived in Costa Rica for 2 years and has much insight on the people and country. She is looking forward to sharing with you the country she loves.

Accommodations and Prices
Nestled in the in the midst of the Rainforest, you’ll find the bungalows at the Goddess influenced in design by the Caribbean design. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have ample terrace for you to relax outside and enjoy the sounds of nature. 12 rooms have two queen size beds each and 4 rooms have twin beds for lodging up to six people each. You will feel the peace of the surroundings and the colors of the structures dance with ones that Mother Nature provides. Space is limited and accommodations are provided on a first come first serve basis. Total retreat prices are dependent on your choice of room and number of people sharing a room. Prices below reflect the total cost of the retreat with all the included amenities.
