Utkatasana ll (“OOT-cat-Ah-sauna”)

Chair Posture is a powerful intermediate pose that balances both the lower, more grounding chakras and the upper, more spiritual chakra.  When practiced consistently one will notice a stronger core, so they can reach for the stars and live their highest potential both on and off the mat!

Chakra Balance + Benefits

1. Root Chakra or Red Chakra: Family, Health, Abundance, Confidence, Fight/Flight/Freeze, Depression, Anxiety.

2. Heart Chakra or Green Chakra: Relationships, Passion, Connection

3. Third Eye Chakra or Blue Chakra: Intuition.

4. Crown Chakra or Lavender Chakra: Highest Version Of Yourself, Spirituality, Highest Potential.
