YOGA SEQUENCING GUIDANCE BEYOND THE CHALLANGE!
Remember, to KEEP IT SIMPLE! While you are learning, I suggest you combine the Sun Salutations (A or B or both) that you just learned in this yoga challenge (both are featured in my Yoga For Weight Loss video too for you to following along for high calorie burn)! Then, simply add 1 new posture each day to the end of the Sun Salutation sequence to build your confidence, while keeping your yoga practice exciting and challenging. This process is a HIGH CALORIE BURN, FULL BODY WORKOUT—especially if you follow along with my Yoga For Weight Loss video to keep your heart rate up!! By practicing this process repeatedly incorporating new postures that I upload to my Blog/YouTube Channel to advance your yoga practice, you will build your self confidence and feel empowered on all levels! This consistency will lead to you looking + feeling your best self in + out guaranteed! The key isn’t how long your yoga sesh is… the key with Yoga, as with all fitness goals, is consistency in order to get results like I have! Remember, I lost 40 lbs. after having my daughter doing yoga and I swear by it for balance and happiness on all levels!
