I love my yoga practice, but practicing constantly and bringing my mats to different places also equals build-up and GERMS! And for this germaphobe — that’s a problem. DIY 100% NATURAL YOGA MAT (& HOME) SANITIZING SPRAY:
1. Take Glass Spray Bottle Glass Only — 100% natural Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils are potent + pure, so they should not be used with synthetic plastic. I usually get mine off Amazon!
