DIY 100% Natural Hair Growth Treatment {ft. doTERRA Rosemary, Peppermint, & Lavender Essential Oils)

Hey trubeautys! I’m at the salon right now getting my hair done before our sushi dinner… I had to make an appointment a little earlier than normal, because it’s been growing SO fast using doTERRA’s natural haircare line, plus their DIY hair growth treatment!

This is part of the inspiration for today’s post… As I’m sitting here at the salon in my happy place “zen-ing out,” I wanted to share my secret with you all! I’ve had quite a few of you trubueatys message me asking more about my haircare routine and how I get it to grow so long and healthy. Many have even asked if this is all my real hair or if I use extensions. The answer is… YES it’s all 100% my real hair!! While I was born with thick hair (thanks Mom!), thick does not always mean long. doTERRA DIY Hair Growth Treatment

Mix equal parts dōTERRA Rosemary + Peppermint + Lavender Essential Oil (I vary the amount, but typically do 1-3 drops each)
+ doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil OR normal organic coconut oil (fill entire palm of hand)
+ Blend starting with roots, then work product to the ends.
+ Brush hair straight back and secure in a loose bun
+ Cover with a shower cap once a week. Take a bath or sleep in to stimulate hair growth!
+ Apply dōTERRA 100% natural haircare products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Root To Tip Serum, Glaze pictured above) multiple times per week between treatments to strengthen any brittle ends and make your hair grow long, super fast!
