4 MIN. YOGA FOR ABS (featured postures):
1) Child’s Posture: “Balasana”
(Ground yourself, shoulders back, find your Ujjayi Breath)
2) Downward Facing Dog Posture: “Adho Mukha Svanasana”
(stack hips, then ease into 10 reps bringing knee to opposite elbow)
3) Boat Posture: “Navasana”
(Hold for MIN 5 full breathes… that’s 5 inhales AND 5 exhales)!
